They have been taking care of our cat for 2.5 years since we found her as a kitten. I do have an issue with the microchips they are using, and I did reach out to them for help. So I would go somewhere for a microchip and ask what the company is for the microchip and do some checking on it. I didn't do my homework in advance to ask what microchip they are putting on my cat and turned out to be some fishy company with hundreds of complaints with BBB that remain unresolved. Unfortunately, I found that not all microchip manufacturers are the same, so it matters what you chip your pet with.

We only had to wait almost 30 minutes after the appointment, but it was worth it. The doctor was very understanding, I never felt like he was judging me, my cat was a little aggressive out of fear and the doctor always stayed calm and was extremely kind to my kitten. The medicine began to take effect from the first dose.

First time visit-everyone was friendly-and front desk was very helpful and answered my questions. The Dr and vet tech were very nice and explained what was happening and recommendations for care of a male cat. Overall great impression. Thank you guys!
