About Orangethorpe Animal Aid Hospital
Orangethorpe Animal Aid Hospital has been caring for pets with dedication and kindness. Clients appreciate the friendly staff and helpful front desk, which provides clear answers to questions. The doctors are understanding and calm, even when pets are fearful or aggressive. The staff are very family-oriented and make visitors feel welcomed when they come in with their pets. They are experienced with different breeds, including GSDs, and do not force unnecessary treatments or charges. The hospital provides effective treatment from the first dose, and pricing is reasonable. Visitors often leave with a great impression of the care and support received for their furry companions, including those needing special attention or facing difficult moments. Despite some concerns about microchips, overall, the experience remains positive, with attentive and respectful care.
I had a wonderful experience at The Animal Doctors! Jean at the front office was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. She went above and beyond to help me schedule an appointment for my cat and was able to arrange an appointment very quickly, which I really appreciated.
The doctor and veterinary assistant were also excellent. They were both very kind, friendly, and caring, and I felt that my cat was in good hands. Everyone I interacted with made the experience easy and comfortable.
Thank you to Jean, the doctor, and the entire team for the great care and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and my cat! Highly recommended!… read full review
Had an emergency with an injurred dog and the staff at both The Animal Doctors locations (Anaheim and Buena Park) helped quickly and with a lot of kindness as it was a very stressful situation. Happy to say my dog is happy and healthy thanks to the staff, this is my go to place for animal care!
The staff are very friendly and professional when we bring them in for preventive care and their shots, or whatever service they may need. Our pets are always very content when we are at this facility. You can't beat that!
