I'm thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism and care this office has shown me. I've been searching for a new vet as my previous vet that took care of my dogs retired, and Dr. Sieun Kim fit all the boxes. He's very knowledgeable, loves to teach/answer my many questions, and also speaks fluent Korean, which is a plus for my non-English speaking parents.
Celina, the front desk assistant has also been such a pleasure to speak with during my dogs' visit today.

Everyone there from the receptionist to the doctor was kind, friendly, and timely. I did not have to wait long past my appointment time to be seen but also did not feel rushed through my appointment when we were being seen. The doctor went into deep explanation about my dog's issues and gave me treatment options instead of making me feel like I didn't know my dog and forcing a treatment on me I knew would not work. I felt genuinely listened to and it felt like the doctor took what I shared into consideration for the diagnosis.
The staff were so kind and friendly. The Vet was friendly and helpful. He explained everything and showed pictures of what was happening so I could understand what and why. I highly recommend this Vet to everyone that needs a Veterinary Dr.
