“After 40 years, we decided it was finally time for a kitchen remodel. We got estimates from 4 companies with Modern Home Remodeling being in the middle. Talking through the designs for our small kitchen, Modern Remodeling’s design was the most innovative and provided the best use of our limited space. During the remodel, the workers were respectful of our space and cleaned up at the end of each day. The installers were very detailed and did a great job installing the many cabinets. The remodel ended on schedule and took the estimated 5 weeks. The remodel included the kitchen, credenza, linen cabinet, and bathroom vanity. The cabinets are high quality and will last us for years. “Stemar has been absolutely awesome. Three days before we were going overseas for three weeks my condo flooded. I was very concerned how how everything would work out without being in town. Gabriel Beas a manager from Stemar was in frequent communication and easily reached which was huge with us being so far away. Then when Zaray Ramos took over as project manager the excellence continued. She communicated frequently , often with photos for project status. She was always easy to reach, her timelines accurate and a pleasure to work with. And their technicians did an awesome job of restoring the condo. Really impressive. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with contractors“

“I have been using Ed and his company for over 20 years now. What I love about the company is how prompt they are in returning calls. Had a plumbing issue and Tom came out immediately to figure it out. We had to order a part which took 48 hours, but they were back immediately and we now have a working dishwasher and water in the sink. I know they mostly do large projects now, but if you are thinking of remodeling a kitchen or bathroom or even a complete house , I would highly recommend this company.“

“I just finished up a major remodel on my kitchen and downstairs bathroom. I couldn't be any happier with the care and construction New Life Construction gave me on this project. Pat was my project manager, and he was so nice and caring. When things came up, he really went out of his way to make sure to explain what was happening and keep things on track. I had a slab leak right as the kitchen cabinets were starting to be installed, and luckily Dale (who is one of their Master finisher carpenters with great attention to detail) caught it! His quick assessment saved me thousands of dollars should this have been discovered after the kitchen was complete. I felt very fortunate that he caught it, and yes it delayed my project, but thankfully Pat got me back on track once the plumbing issue was repaired. Ralph who is also a NLC Master Carpenter (great skill and attention to detail also) is one of their specialists who could step in to solve any problems that came along the way. Everyone at this company is polite, give constant, careful attention to cleanup and just plain nice to work with. Jayson, another Project Manager for New Life is also great. He is able to step in when Pat was called to another project. They really know how to effectively schedule and coordinate even though they have other projects at the same time. I also appreciated the great sub-contractors they use for the different phases. They all are professionals at what they are specialized in, and really do it well. ( Many thanks to Charmet Tile, SoCal drywall, Holly Electric, and Forster plumbing) I also want to say that any hold ups on my construction were purely from defects or delays from manufacturers, or unknown issues behind the walls. Since my late husband was in construction for over forty years, I understand a lot about construction so I know that you never know what can happen. The main thing is to be patient, and more importantly is to have a great contractor who will get it done correctly so it won't be an issue down the road. I will eventually be remodeling two other bathrooms, and they will be who I contact when I am ready. I am completely happy with New Life Construction and will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that is considering a remodeling project. Many, many thanks to all of you! “I am so happy that I went with Spectrum Renovation! Richard (the owner) was recommended to me and provided an assessment of the mold remediation needed on my property. In addition to the assessment, he evaluated the situation and offered longer term solutions for the causes of the mold (sprinklers to close to the property, property sloping downwards, etc.). When we started the remediation, Richard came to set things up the first day and his team took over after that.
