“The move went way easier than I expected and your guys were great. All of them spoke both English and Spanish and even the least capable was highly fluent in both. All were easy to work with, careful, and efficient. I am not aware of one dent, bump, etc. in any of the walls or on the furniture either at the original site or the destination. There was no breakage. And they were done far quicker than I thought they would be.

Marc Giroux was also terrific to work with, getting everything organized and scheduled. And even though we almost had to change the move date due to some water damage at the destination, Marc was extremely flexible in working with us on that. Moving is stressful no matter how you slice it, this company kept the stress to an absolute minimum. Could not recommend them more highly.“

“Ok uh wow, I’m no business savvy person but to think I would wait for about 3 months to replace some parts is crazy but there’s a reason behind this.

Niko explained to me about how the computers specific serial numbers can like make a huge difference or something for the parts to fit. In this case, my computer is basically a pain in the butt due to limited parts or whatever so he had to search it up abroad so that’s why it took so long.

One thing that made me falter my trust for them a bit while waiting is that their communication can be really vague at times but courteous at best (BIG on the courteous part lmao [laughing my ass off]) so I had this impression that I got scammed at first because I always reach out first (also my very first time on trusting a very valuable item so it was anxiety inducing :’D). So be sure to reach them out on a routinely basis if you like to have consistent updates.

Price can really depend on what your problem is. But for $350, it doesn’t seem too bad on my end (or not. Maybe I did get scammed XD) as they do this initial inspection sort of thing which charges you $49 something dollars(??).

But what took me aback is that he cleans inside the computer too in the process of repairing it?! He even mentioned of replacing the thermal paste too so wow. Pleasantly surprised about that. (:o

They also offer you a 6 month warranty so another wow on that.

Getting back the computer was as straightforward as giving Niko the computer for repair so I’m satisfied with the result!!
