John came through for me. I'm a high-maintenance consumer, so the fact that in the end I'm super happy is a huge tribute to John's patience and focus. For some details . . . My 2016 HP laptop suddenly had a black screen. John diagnosed that it needed a new motherboard. While he was at it, he replaced the old internal hard disk drive (HDD) drive with a solid-state drive (SSD). Some surprises happened along the way, sort of like a home reno project, but he worked through them. I'm using my laptop already, and it seems to be performing better than before the black screen, thanks to the SSD and John's handiwork.

John was very helpful. Was delighted he was able to accommodate me at short notice on the same day on a Friday (veterans’ day)! Service was outstanding. Diagnosed problem with my Macbook Pro and fixed while I waited. Screen was black and fixed loose/dirty connection. He cane across such a nice person, too, which was very humbling for me to experience. This is going to my go-to place for laptop/IT repairs in San Diego from now on.

John took great care of me, understanding the need to quickly diagnose and return a laptop for my special-needs son. He showed genuine concern, care and solved the problem same-day without trying to sell me anything. Couldn't ask for more.
