My sister and I walked in and were instantly greeted by Mr Charles. Drawn by his friendly demeanor, we explained our situation with her screen problem (it was partially broken and the screen would partially turn off) and he knew exactly what screen was needed and provided us with an estimate and about how long it would take to fix. He did not use any jargon, which I was expecting. He was able to work with us in regards to price (she's in college) and a fast delivery time. He's very knowledgeable and clearly has been doing this for a long time. Very passionate and prideful about his work. I happened to go to Charles because he is close to my business and my residence here in PB. I couldn't be happier! He is friendly, efficient and trustworthy. He gets the job done fast and his fees are very reasonable. I never feel gouged or over-charged. If you need someone to take care of your computer needs, go see Charles!
