Gabriel arrived on time and was very polite. He was very capable in quickly identifying problems and cleaned up multiple email issues across multiple devices (Mac and PC) as well as streamlining access and security protocols. I wish I called earlier vs wasting so much personal time trying to resolve IT problems on my own. I would 100% recommend or personally engage much earlier should I have any additional issues.
My tech, Gabriel was amazing. He recovered the data from the almost dead computer and loaded it to my external drive, and reloaded everything on a new computer. He fixed the printer access on another laptop and made sure everything was synced with passwords and emails on all devices. Their pricing is very fair and I highly recommend their services.
