“There is no way to fully express how happy I am to have the good fortune of hiring Chris Alan Design for a remodel of a 30+ year old house. I inherited a house in Oceanside that needed a lot of work, but is occupied by a disabled sibling who did not want to move, even on a temporary basis. Complicating the situation is that I am a Texas resident and was concerned how I would handle such a project from afar. When mold was discovered in the house, I recognized that I needed to move forward with the remodel. I learned of Chris Alan Design through online reviews such as this. I gave Chris a call, we agreed to meet and did so this past February. He met my sibling, understood the disability and reassured us that no move out was needed. Additionally, he assured me that he would handle the entire remodel working with his experienced team. Short story, he delivered! He kept me informed every step of the way, sending me pictures of the progress as well as pics of selected colors, appliances, flooring, bathroom tile, plumbing fixtures, and calling to inform me when we needed to consider alternatives to the plan. My sibling had no complaints and enjoyed interacting with Chris's team . . . and, he came in on budget. A+ is my rating and I encourage those who in are need of such services to give him call.“
