We used Promodeling Inc to build an ADU in our backyard. We initially met with Guy the owner who gave us a lot of knowledge about the process and had some great design ideas. Then he introduced us with Oscar their architect who together with the engineer led the drawing until they got approved by the city, this process took about 5 months. The ADU has been built in four and half months. Jackson Design & Remodeling did excellent work on 2 separate projects a few years ago so I called about another job I now need done. My current project is smaller than what they handle. Rather than just politely declining the job, they referred me to someone they work with and recommend. Their customer service and assistance long after their work has been completed is very much appreciated.

We hired Jackson Design and Remodeling over a year ago for an addition to our home. Due to changes in our family situation, our plans have changed a few times. Throughout this process, JDR has been patient and accommodating to our changes and requests. Our designer Anna has done a great job of guiding us through all of our selections. I am a business coach to residential contractors so I have seen many different construction companies both good and bad. The process and procedures that JDR follows are some of the best that I have seen in my 30 years in the industry.
