“Prior to working with HIDE studio, I used to make decisions about furniture and decor purchases without confidence and never felt truly happy with how everything fit together. After moving into our new home, we really wanted a fresh start and went to HIDE studio to help with furnishing. The outcome of working with HIDE studio was better than expected. Dominique and Hanin were a pleasure to work with and did an amazing and thorough job helping come up with design concepts and putting them into reality. They did a great job taking real life factors, such as having a dog or young children, into furniture selection. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to update their home without stress, and am thankful to the team for helping put together beautiful comfortable living spaces for my family to enjoy for years to come.“
“Charles and his team were incredible, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I've used three designers before and Charles is in a league of his own.A company's true mark of quality is the ability to operate through challenges. And my project had its challenges. Covid made material wait times incredibly long and changes had to be made. Additionally, through no fault of Charles and his team's, a water leak caused some damage during the bathroom renovations. However, while not responsible, Charles' team 100% owned the mistake and started repairing the damages. Honestly, it was one of the most impressive experiences regarding home improvement I've witnessed, and I've been part of several. I'd go with them just for how professionally they handled these challenges.The renovation and design were simply stunning. My home just feels inviting and relaxing. “I worked with Andrea at Mitchell's, and with her helpful advice ordered a 13' round seagrass area rug, as well as a seagrass runner for my curving staircase.Jose (Joe) templated the staircase runner, and just finished installing it. He did a great job! I'm sure seagrass isn't easy to work with, (especially considering the pie-shaped treads!) It looks much better than the seagrass runner it replaced.Highly recommended!“

Once to do a renovation of my downtown high rise condo and most recently to update my living room and entry way in my 1960s La Mesa house.Their designs are gorgeous and they do a great job of finding quality options for my budget. They are reliable and responsive. And they handle all of the contractors.Not only did they make my home more beautiful that I imagined, they made the process as easy as possible on me. “Cathryn Golden, the owner & operator of Balanced Environments, is not only a world class organizer, but she is also a Feng Shui expert. She applies her knowledge of both organizing and Feng Shui with the client's needs in mind. I hired Cathryn to help me set up my home office. I was a little apprehensive at first (was she going to tell me I needed a fountain in the corner of my office or that I should put all my files in storage to allow "energy to flow freely" throughout my office?), but I quickly discovered that Cathryn asked a lot of questions about how I worked and all of her recommendations addressed helping me work better. Some of the things that she suggested might have sounded purely aesthetical at first, but then she demonstrated how it would affect something I told her I do, and I saw that everything she recomended had a practical reason and application.
