Presley was exceptional on our visit to the Del Mar location. She is an asset to your company and we can't wait to come back. She helped me locate the chairs I was interested in and shared other pertinent information. She gave me her card and I plan on keeping in touch with her. The shop was so beautiful. It was like stepping into another world. It was a pleasure to meet Presley and we had an amazing experience!
Had a great experience! Presley reached out and helped me switch to a more appropriate shipping option that saved me money. She also explained how to handle future deliveries, kept me updated on my order, and quickly helped resolve an issue with my item. Super helpful, proactive, and easy to work with. Really appreciate their assistance & responsiveness.
Very pleased with the help and suggestions Presley Parker gave while I was deciding on color and style of dining table & chairs set. The delivery by White Glove was superb! So happy I chose Serena & Lily. Thanks again, Presley!
