“We had a great experience with this hospital. Everybody including the staff are very nice, they were all caring and they know what they are doing. The cost is so affordable and they are also giving promos. The vet is genuinely caring for the pets and helping pet owners get an affordable price with great service. The care, kindness and overall service they provide are worth it. We live 30 mins away and we would be willing to travel this far and make them our primary hospital to our 5 pets (2 dogs, 3 cats).

“After getting our first cat together, my boyfriend and I wanted to find a vet we could trust. We have had some negative experiences in the past with our family pets, but we are new to the area and we were excited to get a fresh start with our own new fur baby.
We adopted Cash knowing he had some upper respiratory stuff going on, because his personality was just so unique. Being a bit sick wasnt his fault, and he just matched our personalities very well.
The staff and Dr.Dimitra were very straightforward and honest about possibilities, pricing, and any reasoning behind any tests. He needed many, because he had severe GI issues and was still sneezing and congested. They gave us options and listed out pros and cons of each cleanly. We decided to get all of Cash's tests done so we could find what was going on with him and help him get better as soon as possible. They were able to find he was positive for FCV and multiple parasites, and they helped set us up with his medications to treat his issues. It's also worth noting that they take great care in keeping spaces safe for other pets. Since they believed Cash could be contagious, they kept him seperate from other shared spaces and requested my boyfriend wait outside of the lobby with him while I waited for his prescription.
During the time of treatment, any time I had questions, Dr.Dimitra and the care team at sunnycrest was just a simple email or call away. They consistently respond to my questions within hours and they were very supportive and understanding with me when I had expressed issues administering his medications.
Though it is still very early in Cash's life, we feel quite blessed to have found Sunnycrest for any of his medical needs. I do like them there, and look forward to working with them in the future for his annual check ups.“

“This facility is so clean, thoughtfully planned, organized, and attentive to detail. The owners really want it to be a place for dogs to be well taken care of either for day care or boarding. Even the kitchen is outstanding! It's clear that they have a love for dogs and want to run a safe and comfortable operation. They evaluate your fur baby to make sure that it's not only right for you but for the other pups as well. I've never had such a high maintenance dog and I feel good about leaving her in their capable hands. I know she'll be loved when we're not there.“

“I cannot say enough good things about the two-week dog boarding/training we sent our 15-month-old pup to! Before the training, she was full of energy, pulling on the leash during walks, and had trouble consistently listening to basic commands. When she returned, it was like a transformation! She is now incredibly well-behaved, responds to commands immediately, and our walks have become a joy—no more pulling on the leash or jumping at other dogs.

The trainers clearly put a lot of care, effort, and expertise into their work, and even sent me update videos on how she was doing. It was such a relief knowing she was in great hands during her time away, and we’ve already noticed how much calmer and happier she seems with her new skills.

“We have had the best experience with Dogwood K9 Training. Our dog had issues with running out of the house, over-excitement with other dogs, and an overall lack of obedience. After working with our trainer, Ron, for only 3 sessions, our dog has exceeded our exit and has responded amazingly to the activities and the exercises we are doing with him. He no longer runs out of the house without our prompt, and when we walk him he no longer pulls. He is also a lot more receptive our trigger words and continuously improving as we continue our drills with him at home. We can't thank Ron enough for teaching us these tools and helping our dog Berry be a happier, and more obedient boy.“

“We have our husky shepherd groomed at Crossroads at least twice a month, they do a great job and their prices are reasonable. “We love the Cat Care Clinic. We've taken our beloved twelve-year-old girl, Spot, here since moving to Orange County a few years ago. They provide great care, transparent pricing, and excellent follow-up. Our cat, Spot, recently had a surgical procedure to rule out a cancer diagnosis. Having had our girl since she was three months old, it was very emotional and scary for my husband and I. We felt so informed and cared for each step of the way: - We were seen right away after calling and describing what we were seeing with our cat - communicated with very clearly about suggestions, procedure, and after-care - received follow-up calls to check on Spot after her procedure. We want to take the best care of our cat that we can into her old age, she's our family, and we rely on the guidance of her vets to help us do that. “My wife and I had Tony help us with training our two dogs, Teddy and Lilly and absolutely loved the experience. The dogs had problems with barking, running outside, jumping on people, amongst other things. Tony was punctual, very patient and really took the time to explain to us everything we needed to know. We went through different environments and scenarios as well as different triggers with the dogs and our dogs responded extremely well. Even after the first training, there was a change in attitude and behavior. For reference, our dogs are 8 and 9 years old so it definitely not true that you cannot teach an old dog new tricks.
