I have been to over a handful of med spas from West LA to Pasadena searching for a professional who takes the time to study your face, who is honest, and gives you the right treatment that is best for you (without costing an arm and leg).Franklin Medical is top notch. The facility is very large and private. I am ALWAYS greeted so warmly and taken good care of. “I'm here in the late morning at 1100 am and it's busier than I thought it would be. I'm doing blood work and prefer to be here early in the morning but circumstances prevented me from getting here. The receptionist check in was super fast and friendly. I was really impressed. I was asked the standard questions to verify identity and recent illnesses. Now to wait for my turn at the flabotomist. I had great luck finding a parking spot across the street too! Oh my, the waiting area is quite noisy with a rambunctious little child, lol. It's really funny but a bit annoying. It was a little while before Mr Scott from the lab came out and called my name. He was funny and did an excellent job of drawing a couple vials of blood for my lab tests. We were done so fast!“

“Prior to Covid19 Safer at Home order: My daughter is a Junior in HS and she's getting much needed help in preparing for ACT. Studying for tests is something I'm not crazy about, but my daughter is determined to get high scores, so here we are at C2. And so far so good! Teachers are all very committed to teaching, and they are approachable and professional. Staff at the front desk is also very kind and supportive. The director, Hannah, has a wealth of knowledge in college selections and study strategies, as well as college application process. Most of all, my daughter is enjoying her time at C2!! I feel very fortunate to have found this place. Now During Covid19 Safer at Home: I am very impressed by the way C2 was able to transition from in-person instruction to online instruction in the matter of two weeks! Tech support is great, as well. My daughter continues to get 1:1 online tutoring with the same teachers, which is huge.
