Everyone who works here, from the receptionists to the MDs, genuinely cares about you and making your experience as smooth and friendly and effective as possible. As a Black woman, that means so much to me, especially with respect to healthcare. I truly trust this practice and cannot recommend it enough!
I really enjoy working with Dr. Sera and the staff. Everyone is super friendly, the facilities are great, and they’re always happy to answer my questions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and care I’ve received here.
I appreciate the high level of care and patience Dr. Ramadan has given me. She has great bedside manner and is not dismissive where other doctors have been of my personal needs and experiences. Communication via the Spruce app is easy: you can text or schedule in-person and Telehealth appointments via the app. The office is new, clean and organized. You do have to pay for parking at the hospital but the ticket price is affordable if you’re there for less than an hour.
