“The care teams are kind and responsive. My high rating is about the quality of the care teams showing compassion and individualization. I will put in a note that the phone system and amount of navigating the portal and separate calls/emails/texts for making and confirming appts, payment, etc., could be more coordinated so not as many calls or callbacks for patients to complete these tasks. I think there were 4 or 6 touch points, in order to get prescriptions refilled. It seems that is happening with other care communities - - getting more complicated for simple things.“

“I was feeling dizzy and my blood pressure was off. I called his office and they told me to come in right away. He did an EKG and cleared ear wax that day! I’m very happy with him as my doctor. In fact, I’m getting rid of my not very good pulmonary doctor and will go to him instead.“
