They take the time to explain diagnoses and treatment options, inspiring confidence in their expertise. The medical assistants are proficient and kind, handling lab work efficiently. The office stands out for its personalized care, with staff who are dedicated to figuring out what's wrong and treating the whole person, not just symptoms. They offer convenient services like EKGs and rapid strep tests on the spot.
UPDATE: I spoke with the drs office and they explained their labor shortage and the resulting scheduling issues. It should be only temporary. Theyve always been great to work with.

I have been putting my complete faith and trust in this clinic for over 10 years. Friendly, helpful staff and Robert Katchetourian is a brilliant and kind physician. They’ve always treated me like family, and frankly, I’m absolutely baffled that some here haven’t had the same experience! I implore anyone reading this review to come and see these folks; they’re totally worth it. :)
Dr. Michael Burton and his team at Medical Group are absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Burton is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listens to your concerns. He explains everything clearly and makes you feel confident about your care. The office is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I couldn’t ask for a better experience highly recommend!
