“There are not enough good things I can say about the team at L34. Who would have imagined we could find a real estate team with such integrity, professionalism, excellent communication skills and customized service as we encountered with this group! Our situation was rather complex, but L34 worked hard and made it easy for us. And once we got rolling, we realized that Shannon Reed has a gift for “seeing” a home, and she thoughtfully brings that vision to her work. It translates into bringing out the best in a home and helping others to see it. The most important thing we did was get out of the way and trust her, even when it went against our inclinations. And it paid off. Our house sold for almost 38% over the asking price. Shannon went above and beyond. We literally handed her the keys to our house (right before the Christmas holidays and the LA monsoons no less) and moved to the East Coast. This left L34 to oversee the estate sale we had set up, clear and clean the house post-sale, schedule and oversee repairs, painting, staging, - a myriad of things. Three months later we had the funds for our home sale in the bank. L34 handled everything right down to the tiniest details and requests. They kept us posted every step of the way, sent pictures, never left us hanging on anything, and they knew great people for everything from staging to repairs.
