There are not enough good things I can say about the team at L34. Who would have imagined we could find a real estate team with such integrity, professionalism, excellent communication skills and customized service as we encountered with this group! Our situation was rather complex, but L34 worked hard and made it easy for us. And once we got rolling, we realized that Shannon Reed has a gift for “seeing” a home, and she thoughtfully brings that vision to her work. Francine is amazing! She was communicative, personable, extremely knowledgable, and really listens to what you are looking for in a home, and hunts for it for you. Could not recommend higher, she will be the one to help you through the stressful journey to get the home you are hoping for.
My experience with the L34 Group and realtor Shannon Reed was delightfully easy and rewarding beyond expectations.. financially and personally. The daunting tasks of readying our house to be sold were efficiently planned and all the most difficult parts guided by Shannon and her team. They were there for us to make it easy and doable and our doubts about the investments in making improvements and staging were eliminated by their help along the way and assurances in that process and now in retrospect, so unbelievably worthwhile and profitable.
