L34 was absolutely phenomenal to work with in a difficult situation. I live out of state and needed to sell my uncle’s house as part of the probate process. My uncle had lived there for 30 years and there was also a lot of cleanout and organization that had to happen. L34 took care of shipping family items back to us and then Terry put a ton of time and effort into giving away things that were still useful and clearing out everything else. Catherine scheduled all the inspections and kept me informed.
