I had lived in my condo for 32 years. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed and emotional having to sell. I am in very poor health needing to now live with my sister. Being a first-timer, I didn't have a clue what to do but I ended up having the best experience in selling my home. Janette was recommended by a friend who had heard good things about her. I found myself probating the estate of a relative and needed help selling a condominium that was in very poor shape. Janette did not shy away and very clearly outlined the different options I had of getting it ready for sale. She knew the market well. Living out of state, I needed significant help and she stepped up. She helped move items for sale and for donation and hired a cleaning crew to come in and do miracles. Her manner is professional and confident. She does what needs to get done and is a pleasure to work with.
