Max D. is great. He took the time to explain what could have caused rumbl8ng in my water heater. Inspected the unsecured heater cover, took 5 minutes to tighten the screws to secure it, and charged me forcan estimate instead of a service call since it was such a simple job. Will definitely call him if I have any water heater issues in the future. He is very responsive and takes the time to explain and do the job right.

We had a GREAT experience with Water Heaters Only and especially their technician Max D. In LA it often feels like contractors are just trying to rip you off, and Max was just the opposite. He was incredibly honest, candid and professional and helped us get our new water heater installed for less. We appreciated him very much!
