“Sam & Bob saved us literally thousands of dollars by custom making a part for which they charged us only $75. They knew this was not going to be a profitable endeavor for them, but they take such pride in their work and their products that they bent over backwards to get this done for us. Here's the long story....We have a house in La Quinta with a beautiful old master bath complete with an old Altman's shower set...the rainhead, the hand held, the old fashioned faucets--really state of the art for its time and a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. A rookie plumber came in to fix a minor problem and literally broke a part just to make it seem like it was working for a brief moment. If we couldn't find an in-tact version of that part, we would have had to replace the whole shower system, which would have meant retiling which probably would have led us to remodel the whole bathroom at that point.Well, we could not find the part...until we found Bob at Auburn Bath. I did have a long chat with him when we first connected--that's how I realized that if anyone could do this job, it would be him and his team. He and Sam worked tirelessly to make sure we could get that faucet working again. Ultimately, they took a piece of the broken part and fabricated the rest around it so it was sure to fit and to work, and it did! And this was all done in time for soon-to-arrive guests to stay in that room and use that bath. I cannot overstate how much money and aggravation these two saved us...especially Sam--she brought passion to this project like it was her own home! all for $75. Unbelievable. Thank you.“
