Sam & Bob saved us literally thousands of dollars by custom making a part for which they charged us only $75. They knew this was not going to be a profitable endeavor for them, but they take such pride in their work and their products that they bent over backwards to get this done for us. Here's the long story....We have a house in La Quinta with a beautiful old master bath complete with an old Altman's shower set...the rainhead, the hand held, the old fashioned faucets--really state of the art for its time and a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. Sam & Casey were great! We were having trouble finding a part for our very old bathroom shower...the handle broke off. We went to Lowe's, Home Depot, & our local plumbing store. We looked online and found them & they had our part. They recognized from a photo that they had it! We spoke to them, ordered it, & it was delivered the next day. Thank you! :)
