A leak above one of our conference rooms started this project. The initial inspection uncovered much more than one damaged area, and the roof had reached the end of its service life. We approved a full roof replacement covering the entire building. The roofing team removed the old membrane, replaced wet insulation, installed new cover board, and laid a reinforced TPO system. They also rebuilt flashing around several HVAC curbs and improved drainage near the main roof drains.
