Hines Family Leak Detection
“We hired one team to handle a major exterior remodel for our older home in Hacienda Heights, with the main focus on a full roof replacement along with related upgrades like siding, windows, shutters, and garage doors. After going over everything with lawrence, he helped us make smart, budget-friendly decisions that gave us the best value without cutting quality. Instead of adding new siding in every area, he suggested stucco repair and fresh paint in a few spots, which saved money and still matched the overall roofing and exterior plan. Because of those thoughtful recommendations, we were able to add extra design features that really improved the look of the house, including stone veneer accents and a sleek metal roof section over the garage soffit area. lawrence was honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. His ideas made the home stand out and greatly improved the curb appeal. It was very helpful to have one main point of contact for a large roofing and exterior job like this. Even though the work lasted several months, sean always kept us updated on progress, materials, scheduling, and the next steps. The communication was clear and steady from start to finish, which made the entire experience much less stressful. He also helped us finish a few extra exterior items we had originally planned to do ourselves, including a flagstone entryway using materials we already had on hand. we are extremely happy with the final results, and the new roof and exterior details completely changed the appearance of our home. jesus and the crew did excellent work, and we would gladly use them again for any future roofing or exterior projects.”
