Tried to delete my review, which isn't possible. Found out later that the man running the front desk has autism, so the negative experience I had can't be attributed to rudeness. I'm sure many people who have had this experience will also not know this, so their frustration will be based on a misunderstanding, as was mine.Jasmine is a wonderful, kind and gentle groomer who is very experienced and does a beautiful job. If you try this place, I highly encourage you to book with her.
Jasmine at Magic Pet Spa is the best groomer we've ever had. My dog is a terrier mix and was abandoned twice before we adopted him. So he has a high level of anxiety whenever we take him to any dog salon. We tried several places and different groomers. Jasmine is the only one that is able to handle him with extra love, patience, and hugs.
So glad I decided to go here. I was going to kriser for years and they shut down and I was so stressed about finding a groomer for my old grumpy chihuahua. I took a chance on this place and am so glad I did. The prices are great and the groomer ( jasmine) was so good with my dog. I will be back. ❤️
