“I have been a patient of the previous lead dentist, Dr. Rodger Uchizono, for about 30 years, and I am so happy (and relieved!) that the level of care, consideration, expertise and advice has not changed since Dr. Russell took over the practice. I couldn't be happier with the care received from both!Most recently, a crown (that dated back to the 80's) popped off. Dr. Russell got me right in to take care of it. The old gold crown was in terrible condition (with holes in it!) so he sent it home for me so I could keep or cash in on the gold, and made me a temporary. The temporary was causing me some problems so I went back the next day and he adjusted it and no more problems. He's just as good as Dr. Rodger. I have referred several friends and family members to this practice and everyone love them too. Highly recommend!“

“I have been to this place twice, and it has quickly become my favorite dental clinic. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the dentist and hygienist are highly skilled. Melody, the hygienist, is one of the best I have ever had. She really took her time to scrape my teeth one by one for three rounds. I have had many hygienists in my life, and she is by far the best!“
“Visiting little smiles of OC is always a pleasure. My kids actually look forward to going to their dentist every time and the staff is excellent with kids. They are warm and welcoming from the front desk, to the hygienist (we usually have Denae who is amazing) as well as Dr Meschi and Brelynn who are the best. Both of my children had their tongue ties fixed here and were able to feed much better afterward. We won’t go anywhere else, cannot recommend this place enough!“
“Love First Smile!! So do my four kids. Two have special needs and EVERY staff member is patient and kind to each of the kids. The dentist is amazing. I had to switch insurance at work to get my kids back to this dentist and it was worth it. So grateful we found this place! I hate to recommend it and make it more popular but every child and parent deserves to have this experience at the dentist.“

And this is my favorite one. I feel that she's very coherent & straightforward which is all I ask for! I had a bad experience with dentists in around Foothill area so it took me a while to bring forth the time and energy to find a better one (with my busy schedule).
