“I have been going to Dr. Hanna since I was very young at her Orange location, and to this day I have never had a better experience with a dentist. I live bicoastally in NYC and in Orange County, and I have tried out several "fancy" dentists in NYC and none have compared to Dr. Hanna's incredible service, care, and friendliness. In fact, one office I tried in NYC, bruised a whole side of my face while doing a cavity filling (just one lol). Dr. Hanna has always given me the best feedback, advice, and glowing reports about my teeth, She never tries to upsell but will always suggest when I need to change something in my routine to help my teeth out. I've also had incredible interactions with her beloved front desk team who always remember my name, are so helpful with insurance or answering questions about cash prices for procedures when I haven't had insurance. I was able to get an appointment for two crowns to be made and Dr Henry Nguyen meets my expectations and he and his entire staff are so amazingly professional, efficient, and proficient! Everything was explained clearly to me on my first visit and what I like best is the fact that my multi-specialty medical digital chart is now linked to my dental chart at Orange Village Dentistry, which is the ultimate goal of treatment of any particular patient where all of his medical and dental history is under the same roof for easy access by all providers. I will update my review of this practice as things progress.2/12/2024- This is an update on the dental services I have received from Orange Village Dentistry since I joined this service provider a month ago. I had a crown done at the office and Dr Henry Nguyen was very accommodative and attentive to my needs. When he discovered that the crown was fabricated not to our satisfaction, he had it redone immediately for a better fit, which speaks highly of the degree of perfection he shoots for in keeping his patient happy. The technique he used in applying the permanent crown makes the process seem so effective and effortless. I am having a second crown made for an implant that is now ready for the final step and Dr Henry Nguyen was so patient at explaining in details all questions I had concerning the final implant restoration and providing me with a comprehensive dental evaluation.“
