Ashley works at the front desk and she is so friendly and professional. I love that she will text me my reminders, as I don’t like talking on the phone. She texts my teens for their appts as well and keep them organized with their dental health.

She is always smiling when I arrive and remembers details about my family.

Amy is the dental assistant and is the epitome of sweet and calm. She is gentle and soothing.

Dr. Naz is the best! She makes sure I am comfortable. She is very warm and always does a great job. I don’t have any anxiety seeing her. I know I’m in good hands.

“I want to recognize the entire team at Loberg Dental Center because the level of care I’ve received extends through every part of this office.

Kimberly was my first point of contact, and from the beginning she went above and beyond to help me navigate the overwhelming number of codes and costs associated with my dental savings plan. With so many health expenses already on my plate, it was incredibly important for me to understand exactly what I was paying for and why. Kimberly patiently walked me through everything and made sure there were no surprises.

MaKenzie has been another wonderful part of the front desk team, always making sure I knew when my appointments were and warmly welcoming me each time I came in.

Once in the patient rooms, I had the pleasure of being cared for by Dr. Loberg. He is exceptionally educated, emotionally intelligent, and an expert in dentistry who takes the time to make sure his patients truly understand and feel comfortable with their care. He was assisted by Alfredo and Kimberly, who were both kind, professional, and attentive, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout my procedures. You can genuinely feel the respect they have for Dr. Loberg and that they enjoy being part of this practice. That says a lot about the environment he has created.

And lastly, I have to rave about Laura, my hygienist. She worked so tenderly and tirelessly to clean my teeth while also taking the time to teach me how to better care for them at home. She is knowledgeable, gentle, encouraging, and truly a breath of fresh air in healthcare.

From the first phone call to the front desk, assistants, hygienist, and dental care itself, this is a team of people who make you feel cared for, informed, and comfortable. I’m so grateful for Laura and the entire team at Loberg Dental Center. They have made a stressful chapter of my healthcare journey so much easier, and I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. 🩷“

“Update** After leaving this review Dr. Pak reached out to my wife apologizing sincerely for not listening to her back in March. My wife and I believe he was genuinely trying to do what he thought was best at the time, he just made the wrong call. Thank you Dr. Pak for being humble enough to reach out to my wife and offer her your apologies. We really appreciated it and my wife (Kierstyn) feels heard and validated.

If you want your pockets wiped out with nothing accomplished you came to the right place! My wife came to this office and was told she had 4 cavities. They then proceed to tell her we are only going to take care of 2 of them because we “don’t take care of 4 at the same time” so they filled 2 of the 4 and told her we will give you medicine for the other two and “see what happens.” She is now in need of FOUR root canals because of their lack of urgency and ill advice to take care of the issue right then and there. Instead, they felt inclined to charge her for only 2, slip in a charge her for medicine to “see what happens” just so they can charge her for two more later on and potentially sneak in more charges on us. Our families have warned us about coming here saying they overcharge and don’t take care of issues. We experienced this first hand and can now say that is accurate. Save your money and loved ones from pain from coming to this place.“
