“Long story but true! My first emotions were fear, stress and feeling very vulnerable. I didn't know how this dentist would treat me and whether I'd be accepted with all my issues or if she'd be disgusted with me because I'm not the perfect teeth model. The prior dentist I went to for a consultation was downright rude and very judgmental she scolded me, blamed me, very much non-caring. I walked out of there feeling so bad it took me a year to return to another dental office only by force because I broke a tooth. After researching my options I chose this office. I called them and they scheduled me the next morning and reluctantly I showed up. I had no choice I had to. I met the front office staff (all wonderful people) and spoke with Valerie very nice and friendly. Marisol the office manager super nice as well! I thought...ok so far so good! I was seen by Dr. Bitton who took care of my tooth and explained the things that I needed in a very nice, gentle and respectful manner. She looked at me with a smile on her face and said "don't worry...baby steps..we'll take care of you." You have no idea how comforting that felt. I decided to go forward with my treatment plan and I'm happy to say that I've already taken care of some issues. I also had the pleasure of meeting Barbara, the hygienist who did my deep cleaning. Awesome lady! As nervous as I was, she kept me calm and kept encouraging me and telling how well I was doing. She made sure that I was numb enough so I wouldn't feel any pain. Super kind and very caring! I need more work but like I was reminded "baby steps." Everyone from the front office to the back office (too many people to name) have been extremely nice and friendly as if I've known them for a long time. It's never fun going to the dentist but the people taking care of you makes all the difference in the world! Go see them, I wasn't disappointed and I hope you give them a try. Thank you Dr. Bitton for being so kind and caring and for taking good care of me!!“
