“Excellent experience. We have wall to wall carpet and an elderly cat that recently passed who had no love for a litter box. There were spots everywhere. We opted for the highest PSI cleaning and it worked! Ben did an outstanding job. It took about an hour and then about 24 hours to fully dry. It looks and smells amazing. Time will tell if any spots will resurface since there was such persistent long term damage, but for now it's a night and day difference. Will definitely use Carpet Kings again. Recently I had a technician accidentally track tar through my house, which got on three of my carpets and I called Fiberseal right away. They were out the very next morning.
