Excellent experience. We have wall to wall carpet and an elderly cat that recently passed who had no love for a litter box. There were spots everywhere. We opted for the highest PSI cleaning and it worked! Ben did an outstanding job. It took about an hour and then about 24 hours to fully dry. It looks and smells amazing. Time will tell if any spots will resurface since there was such persistent long term damage, but for now it's a night and day difference. Will definitely use Carpet Kings again. Thanks, Adi and Ben!
Wow! So professional and great work. Juan was on time, super knowledgeable and was able to get stains out we thought would be there until the end of time. I don't know what carpet magic they have but it worked for us!! Great value!
Juan V. was a phenomenal technician. He was extremely friendly, respectful, and explained all of the details of the job he was doing. It was obvious that customer satisfaction was extremely important to him. He was very efficient and got stains out of the carpet that I thought were not going to come out, so that was an added bonus.
