I had a fantastic experience with Carpet Kings! I have some outdoor furniture cushions that needed some TLC. I called Carpet Kings in the morning and Ben came to my home about an hour later. He cleaned the cushions and now they look beautiful. Great experience and decent price. I’d definitely use them again.
Very responsive and professional. Mike the Frenchie was very patient and thorough in his assessment of the job. As Mike worked his way through the carpet cleaning job, he would show me his progress, any things he saw that were a problem, and explained what could or could not be done in those areas . Mike was a pleasure to work with and I am very happy with how the carpets look 👀 at this point!!!
Mike was so kind, knowledgeable, and hard working. We received excellent service where he went above and beyond to provide us with clean carpets and explain the process and how to care for our floors. Will definitely use their services again!
