Carpet Kings is an exceptional company that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with them to clean our rugs, which were in severe need of attention. The owner dropped off the rug on a Monday, but upon realizing that further washing was needed to meet our high standards, he took it back the same day and washed it multiple times until it was perfect.This level of dedication and commitment to quality is truly impressive. I called for an estimate and connected with a friendly and knowledgeable agent (Monica) who ran down costs and availability. I decided to try the carpet cleaning service and they sent David and Al. They were responsive and onsite same day. Excellent workmanship and so efficient. Carpets look great! Thank you for an outstanding experience.

These guys rock I called with a rush job they were there in 30 min went above and beyond to finish the job even used extra chems to fix the problems we had came out way above what I expected I would recomend these guys to all my friends without hesatation they were prompt kept me informed thru out the process with tex messages and pictures as I couldn't be at the job thanks again for the great service
