I recently had a gathering at my house where someone spilled red wine on my couch causing a stain that I couldn’t remove. I called around and got several estimates and the runaround. I reached Dr.Carpet and they sent a gentleman named Richard to my home. He was not only polite, but extremely professional and calmed my anxiety assuring me that he could remove the stain without damaging the fabric of my couch. Not only did he remove the stain, but was able to lift other stains I didn’t notice. I will definitely use this company again and will refer to everyone I know. Great service!
This company is the best shows up on time and gets the job done right. Also Dave did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and my reclining chair that had some stains on it I will definitely be contacting them again in the future.
