After my cats peed through the couch cushions of my brand new couch, I was devastated. Believe me when I say Mark will not stop until he gets the job done. He handled our furniture with extreme care and put the couch cushions through 5 different levels of treatment and then hand delivered them good as brand new. He charged me a fraction of the price as the last place I had gone to where they were unsuccessful in removing the odor. I could not recommend more working with Mark and his team - they are the best.

Very happy customer! I called to get a quote to clean my two sofas and armchair. The owner kindly explained the cleaning process and gave me a reasonable estimate. They were able to put me on their schedule right away. We were in the process of moving in to our house and had very little space to steam the sofas. I was impressed how the team worked so quickly given the tight space we had for them to work. The owner gave me good instructions on how to let the sofa cushions dry and moved everything back to where we had it, and the estimate matched the final price.
