Absolutely recommended!!! Wow, what a service!First, the team arrived timely to our house, and immediately started working. They work very fast and detailed, cleaning both my carpets and tile. Efficiency is key here where I expect the job to be done quick and accurate- well, they’ve managed to complete both requirements without a doubt. My tile never looked cleaner, and my carpet never smelled better. They used good materials that are non-toxic and environment friendly. I also asked to clean my sofa; they did an amazing job on in after almost 5 years passed since we bought it. Brandy is amazing! After 2 no-shows by one company and a sub-par service call by another - I reached out to Brandy at A1 in a bit of a bind. Acknowledging the stress in my voice, she reassured me her team would be there the next day, ready to go, with specific equipment, even on such short notice.She also handled an additional difficult situation (unrelated to her or A1) with exceptional professionalism and poise, and provided further reassurance on the day of service - promising that her team would deliver as expected, and even managed to get few laughs out of me despite the stressful situation.Sure enough, the carpet was shampooed and steamed (for the exact price...read full review

My carpet looked amazing after Lucas finished cleaning. All the dirty spots were gone and the carpet felt fresh and new to walk on. Lucas also cleaned my kitchen floor tile. The grout was dart and dirty and I thought that's just the way it would be. However, Lucas turned the dirty grout into nice white grout again. My floor looks beautiful. I am so impressed with this company from the terrific work they do to the professionalism of the staff. I have no need to look further the next time I need my carpets cleaned.
