Holly needs to learn how to talk to people, she was very rude in my last visit. To the point where she walked in laughing about paper work that was given to me from another doctor from the same facility making it seemed like I was wrong and didn’t know what I was taking about. Everyone else was is great, just holly is something else

The receptionists are great! However you will never see the actual doctor this office is practicing under. The one PA Holly needs to go back and learn a little bed side manner working mostly with patients caregivers. Not to mention she doesn't know or remember a patient from one time to the next. Called before and was fine, called this time and isnt aware that the patient has level 2 Autism and she needs to speak to her medical POA. They lost the original Medical POA and then when given to them again for my Aunts blood results, refused to take it because it had to witnesses instead of being notarized.

Not punctual I’ve been waiting for months for a referral.
They took blood 🩸 for one thing.
Then had to comeback and stick me to take more blood. The nurse had a mix up.
I’ve had lots of bad experiences @ this place
