“I had an emergency over the weekend. Made a call to a couple other places and right away got the cold shoulder and or the sorry we’re busy call Monday. I did instead a search for a local IB plumber and Genesis came up. I called them and got an answer right away told them gentleman what was going on and he gave me advised on what to do in the meanwhile team be coming to me in a hr. The 2 they sent were super calm which calmed me. Because it was a bad clog and had to come back next day with a jet. They cleaned up covered and left everything nice. Next morning they were able to jet through and again left everything clean and also gave some pointers on what to avoid and look for. I highly recommend this company for any one looking for a trusted and professional team!“

They secured their ladder, hopped up in the attic and within 5 minutes Mario had determined the problem. He took pictures of the area and sent them to me on my phone. He explained each photo. Incredible! Additionally, he suggested that I get a specialty company to use special tools to determine if there is additional water damage in the wall area that they could not see. “Superior service. Water heaters are always a short-fused problem so when Mike said he could have it done in a couple of hours, we had him start as soon as possible. He arrived on time and started right into the task.
The installation was quick and professional. He is a very personable and conscientious individual and we wouldn't hesitate to contract with him for any other plumbing needs that arise.
