I came into Diamond massage yesterday and man the service was great! Started with Lisa at the window and she was very sweet and kind. Lisa gave an amazing deep tissue massage to my upper back that has been hurting for years and now feels a lot better! She uses great techniques and isn’t shy! I will be back and will be letting my friends know that this is the place to go to!!
Sherylynn provided hair and makeup services for me and 6 of my bridesmaids for my wedding. Communication, prep and overall results were excellent. I had done a trial run with her earlier in the year too which was SO helpful with time and trust since she knew what shades to use on me already and I knew the quality of work I would get. She did an excellent job in achieving a natural look which elevated how I wear my typical makeup but still had me feeling very much like me and that's exactly what I wanted! The true test was seeing the photos I took over 10 hours later and seeing that my makeup still looked flawless! Mahalo nui for helping the day look as beautiful as it felt!

This review is long overdue. I’ve been a patient of Dr. A. Hanono for years now, after the referral from my mom. He is always dressed to impress, has a full staff of friendly faces ready to greet you as you walk in, and together they always provide the best service. Whether it’s a phone call, text, or email, his office responds in a timely manner no matter what. I was even able to get a last minute (what I thought was an emergency) appointment the same day I texted about it. Thank you so much! ?
His office is also full of thoughtful touches to make you feel comfortable and cared for: from the multiple purse hooks in the eye test area, to the choices of contact solution at the table (when taking contacts off before an exam), to the way the staff cleans and adjusts your glasses (without you having to ask) when they check them, to the huge stock of frames available, the fun little vending machines, and providing all the information for rebates on your orders. I also like the friendly signs encouraging you to take pictures of your eyes. I think they look so cool! Dr. Hanono always takes the time to answer every question and make sure you leave confident in your care.

I've loved every arrangement I received, so once it was time for us to get married, deciding where to get our flowers was a no-brainer.
I called less than two weeks before our courthouse appointment only knowing that I wanted a small white and pink bouquet and a matching pocket square boutonniere. She asked a series of questions to get a better idea of what I wanted, gave me a brief description of what the design could include, and at the end asked if there was anything else I'd like to see. I mentioned that my dress had plum blossom motifs. Plum blossoms are neither in season nor are they really ever in bouquets, but I said I'd love if something similar could be included.
The entire call was quick and easy (which is a huge plus as a millennial who hates phone calls), the woman I spoke to was very sweet and patient with all my questions and requests, and the price was criminally affordable.
Once I received the bouquet I was absolutely in love and so happy I trusted them with the design because it was everything I could have hoped for! Obviously she couldn't get plum blossoms, but the flower chosen as substitute (which I can't remember the name of, but she did tell me before delivery) were perfect. My only regret is that we didn't end up getting married that day, but once we get around to rescheduling I'm definitely going back to Lilylu!
This is a great school to learn taekwondo. Master Torres is not only teaching the students martial arts but also is creating a community. He is a great master and role model. I very much recommend it!

Making the appointment was easy, we were greeted cheerfully, he loved being there, and he came out looking like a champ. we will absolutely be returning.

Lily, the owner, is so sweet. I was very specific in what I wanted - long layers, 3 different layers, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She was very fast and accurate in cutting my hair; it only took 30 minutes. She cut off just the right amount of hair too and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! The salon overall gave a very homey feel to it and I felt at ease because she was so professional yet kind. I felt very comfortable the whole experience. I am definitely coming here with my family next time. Her salon is a hidden gem. (The picture was me at the taco shop since I was hungry.)
I like how fast and easy it is to get in and out of great clips. It is kind of disappointing that I can’t get my hair cut, washed and styled for a reasonable fee. If I were to have all three services, it would be as much as a regular salon.

Awesome locally owned barber shop! Today I finally was able to go in for a cut and this place has such a bad ass vibe. Christian did an incredible job! He has serious talent. Very cool beach town, coastal, americana surfing vibe. The surf boards on the ceiling are a really cool touch. Check this place out and support local small businesses.

Came here today and not expecting to receive this, however there's this gentleman there named Daniel he's a Barber there I asked to cut my hair and after hearing my situation with my tearing my meniscus and needing surgery he shocked me by giving me the Best holiday gift this year with the best haircut with a smile and said take care sir and you can take care of me next time when your back on your feet! I had to hold back my tears because this touched me in a way I can't explain! It's because of people like Daniel that makes other's feel appreciated and welcomed and the need to return... We were on vacay and my son desperately needed a haircut. As we were doing tourist stuff, we found this barber shop and I was like "it's haircut time!" My son (he's 11 and grouchy and didn't want a vacay haircut), wasn't thrilled but it had to happen. The man who cut my son's hair did an amazing job. He'd never had someone give him such a precise, detailed haircut! He took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Usually my son needs a cut about once a month. This cut was so good, the grow out even looked good and I think he didn't get a cut for 2 months. If we lived locally, this would be our regular barber. Thanks for making my boy look great!

I’ve been to several nail salons in san diego and J&T nails is the best nail salon in SD!! I get the same thing every time but they always do it exactly how I like it and it lasts me about 3-4 weeks! Amazing price and super friendly staff they always make sure you’re comfortable and like your nails :)
They have been my go-to for the last 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Unlike those larger chain salons, these ladies take their time to do a good job with each client and don't overbook appointments, nor do they make you wait for hours knowing they're too busy to handle more clients.

Carmen Lopez did an amazing job cutting my hair and she's such a nice lady to chat with. She took her time, understood what I wanted, and checked every piece to make sure it was perfect and the damaged ends were removed. You can tell she has many years of experience and loves her work.

Julio did a great job. I didn’t have to wait long to do get the 2 appointments I needed. Also he came within the timeframes he gave me. He took the time to explain things to me and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and cleaned up. I will be recommending him to my friends and also the residents who live in my complex.
I've been working with Ed for close to five years now. They've done everything at our house from outdoor lighting, to lighted vanities, to ceiling fans, to prep for a home battery install. They are incredible, trustworthy, professional, very detail oriented and easy to work with folks. All at a great, great value. I had a 1.5 hour deep massage and they catered to my areas of need without even having to ask. Warm hands and soft scented oils. I will be going here often!!!
