Which made it even more fun! She truly understands the mechanics of the body and told us the importance of taking our time with the exercises to strengthen and build mobility and stability. They are constantly bringing in new teachers for Master classes and that is so fun for the kids. My nephew has been coming here for a year now and his skill set has become amazing! I can't say enough how happy we are with this studio and your first class is free to try! We love it here!!“
