As someone who has practiced and taught yoga for 27 years I can say that without a doubt that this studio is WONDERFUL. The teachers are very well trained, helpful and friendly. The shower rooms are spotless and best of all, the community are also kind and friendly. You will have a great yoga experience here because it represents the true principles of a yogic life. When I first moved to HB in 2009 I found this studio and I am so thrilled to be back practicing here :)?

Love this studio. Every person here, instructors and students, are so nice. I really wish they had more vinyasa classes, though. It's such a beautiful fluid and grounding yoga style, my absolute favorite. Unfortunately, there are only two classes a week offered mid day, which is not feasible. In either case, I love the studio and definitely recommend. I'll just probably need to go elsewhere for vinyasa.
