This is the Best Hot Yoga Studio in town!I have had many past injuries from my dance career, so I’ve been coming here on a regular basis for maintenance and strength training, and it has helped me in all areas immensely!Donna the owner is a G ??She is a seasoned pro and is so knowledgeable as a teacher.HB is very lucky to have her.There is a wide variety of classes to choose from. I take them all!Anyone at any level can benefit.Most of all, I always leave these classes feeling great inside & out.I highly recommend this studio! Come through!Thank you OHYHB staff and teachers??

After my 3rd C-section in 4 years I couldn’t drop my baby weight despite attending the gym frequently. Started hot yoga with Donna and in about 3 months, I have lost 28lbs, taking classes regularly.

This place is a hidden gem. The studio has helped my injuries, chronic illness and state of mind and it’s only been a month. It’s incredible to already see improvement. The teachers are excellent and don’t hesitate to assist you when they see you need help. The negative reviews sound like people with deep personal issues because if you are in class for your wellness, flexibility, growth and to heal it shouldn’t matter how rude or nice you think someone is. You are there for you- get on the mat and breathe.(through your nose ?)Y’all rock! Thank you so much!
