“I wish I could give 10 stars. I had a beautiful (and expensive) skirt that was the victim of a HUGE spill at a wedding 1 yr ago (a mix of beer/wine/the works). I brought it to 3 different cleaners over the past year, but no one was able to get the stains out. I even had one place take the pleats out to clean it and repleat it but the stains didn’t budge. Harbour cleaners was my last stop before the dumpster, but they miraculously removed ALL of the stains and my skirt looks brand new!! Everyone there is also super friendly. Highly recommend.“

“I came in without a regular tailor and needed help with my suit. The pants had some damage, and I had gained a bit of weight, so both the jacket and pants needed to be let out. TK Tailoring helped me with everything in a very reasonable timeline.

The pricing was fair, especially for the amount of care they put into making sure things were done right. When I picked up my suit, they had me try it on to confirm I was happy, and it was clear they took pride in their work.

As a Vietnamese American, I sometimes feel nervous going into Vietnamese-owned businesses since my Vietnamese is limited, but Kim spoke English very well and made me feel completely comfortable.

Overall, I am very happy with how everything turned out and think I found my go-to place for alterations. A very positive experience from start to finish.“

“The Pro 1 drum bags I got from Beato are just outstanding beyond compare! The outer shell is made of thick and durable fabric that protects against moisture, the seems are sewn with thick thread in perfectly straight lines, the zippers are some of the heaviest and strongest I have ever seen on any sort of instrument bag, but they zip smoothly, the inside is nicely padded and has enough room and give to house the hardware on the outside of each drum. They fit my Ludwig Classic Maple kit like a glove! I am incredibly impressed and totally happy with my bags. Now, add in the fact that the company and Fred himself are super responsive, professional, friendly, quick, and capable (AND local!), and I am a big fan and loyal customer already. I will use them for any need they can fill for me. I think I am going to get one of their drum mats (called a "bed" on their site), a custom cover for a vintage amp, and probably a hardware bag. Their prices are very low for the toughness, fit, and finish they produce, so I cannot image trying to buy these things anywhere else. Thanks Fred and Beato crew!!“
