I had 20 plus heavy, long, double layered drapes needing a dry clean. It was so hard to find a dry cleaner who has the capacity to do it with a reasonable price. I was happy to find the Kona cleaners at Huntington Beach. Emma is such a helpful staff, who was not only gave me the quote, explained me the process of the cleaning with possible outcomes under the conditions of the drapes, but also managed to get me a discount from the management. The delivery guy Albert is also great. He helped me laid them carefully upstairs or downstairs accordingly for an easier installation later.

I have been using Kona Cleaners for 10+ years now in various locations throughout Huntington Beach. The one I have been going to for the past 5 years is on Brookhurst. The reason why I keep coming back? It’s not only because they are awesome with dry cleaning and laundry shirts, the main reason is because of the people in the facility. They are always very friendly, professional and make me feel as a valued customer. I am greeted by my name and feel like a freind not a customer. I will be a customer for life. Keep hiring great people and give everyone at the Brookhurst location a raise!!! They deserve it.
If you want the best customer service experience in HB, I highly recommend Store #6 on the corner of Bushard and Atlanta. I've been going here for years and these three amazing individuals deserve some recognition Danielle, Emma, and Desiree. Without fail they always greet me with a smile, ask about my day, and they make you feel like family. It's great to know that busineeses focus on talent and service that this establishment provides and I will be a customer for a lifetime.
