I had to get 2 rabies vaccines as a requirement for my veterinary technician program, and the San Bernardino Public Health Center process for making an appointment was so easy. Delightful staff! Especially Sonya, she was great! Always had a smile, polite conversation, and administered my vaccines exceptionally. I would definitely come again!“

“I was there last night. I was a little eerie about going to this facility because of the area it is in but the facility itself was secure and I felt safe. I was greeted by Laura who was absolutely the nicest person. She greeted me at the door and locked the gate where I was able to park my car. She was professional and very informative. The facility was quaint but clean and well equipped. Laura was great!!“
“From the moment I checked in I was treated well. All my questions were answered and I was treated very well. When taken to surgery prep, my nurse Kim, was fantastic. The whole team is amazing! Dr. Siddighi has the most fantastic team! At 76 this was my first surgery, and I was so nervous and scared. Everyone on the team took special care of me, held my hand , and generally made me feel like they were all there just for me! What an incredible team!!My surgery went smoothly and recovery went great! I was scared to go home, but I was well prepared and ready and things went well. “Our physicians assistant was amazing! She truly listened to me and my 5 y/o’s needs and concerns. She was thorough in her assessment and provided care based on her findings and my concerns. I can say 100% that our family was able to have a much needed nights sleep because of her interventions and the quality care she provided. This is the first time going to this urgent care (we’ve been a handful of times) that we’ve received the quality of care we did with Donna I Centeno PA. I am a nurse, but more importantly a mom who needed care for my sick child and Donna gave me and my little guy that. I appreciate her not only from a parenting perspective but more from a medical professional perspective. Please give kudos to her!
