This was our first time here. Kaiser needs to hire more counselors. It is difficult to schedule regular occurring appointments. When you checked in you get an iPad with serious mental health questions. Some questions were quite shocking to another patient who said I don't want to answer these questions I am only here to discuss how sad I am over my husband who passed.
