I have been to quite a few shops in the high desert. I must say Big Time Cuts is by far the best! Their prices are the lowest and the staff are all wonderful. I have been cutting my son's hair myself for 9 years. Super easy to just buzzz the whole thing off. Well, he's had some issues with pulling his hair lately and started to develop little bald patches in the back. If I shaved it myself, it would be very obvious. So we felt it was time to find a professional. We did not make an appointment but they accept walk-ins no problem. We did wait for a while, but it wasn't too bad really. When it was our turn, I quietly explained the situation and showed pictures of what my son wanted. There was no judgement at all. The guy was very understanding and clear about what he could and couldn't do because of the patches. He was gentle and offered to make an additional change, even after he was technically done. My son said in the future he wants to come back and get "the cool guy" when he needs another cut. That's a success in my book! There are only two reasons why this is not a 5 star review... first, the guy didn't introduce himself. I have no idea what his name is to try and book him again. Second, it was SO hot and stuffy inside!! It didn't seem like the AC was on (they mentioned turning it on later) and it was hot enough that the 90 degrees outside felt cooler. I was sweaty a bit and fairly uncomfortable.

Took both my boys. My autistic son was in the chair instantly, and she had so much care with him and his comfort. My younger son waited less than 5 minutes. Both kids have different styles, and both ladies were amazing with them. My kids couldn't wait to go back again?

I recently moved to Hesperia and I decided to take the chance and do a pedicure with gel at Pamper me nails. It did not disappoint! Tee did an amazing job. She’s very polite and sweet. Throughout the service she’d ask if water temp was okay, toe nail length okay, etc. I got an express pedi that was within my budget. $53 cash (with gel) not including tip. They offer one free drink with the service… non alcoholic and alcoholic available. I’d definitely come here again and get service with Tee!

I have come to this establishment to get a pedicure about 4xs over the past year. And every time I have come here, all the ladies I've dealt with have been nothing but awesome. They take their time. They don't ever rush me out the door. And they always do a good job. The vibe I side has some nice soothing music. So, I always start to fall asleep.
But if anyone in the high desert is looking for nice nail techs and treats you like a guest. I would highly promote coming here. However, I have never gotten a full set here. They are absolutely amazing! Kim does amazing nails my pink and whites always look on point and she doesn’t use a white tip. She designs my white tips herself on my natural nail. I will say the lady Amy should reconsider how she speaks while guest are in the salon. I could have done without hearing her belittling a less fortunate man. Wendy’s techniques are up to date and my lashes last weeks. Wendy has such artistic talent for lashes always making me feel beautiful. This is the first time I walk into a salon that doesn’t have that mean girl energy! It such a great experience. I took my daughter for a haircut since she’s been bugging me for one. Bree made sure that she cut off what we asked for and not too much! My daughter got the whole princess experience! Bree was friendly and made sure she played music that was to my daughter’s liking! My daughter ended up getting tinsel in her hair as well! It looks so pretty!! The best part is that she feels like a total princess and the sass is sassing!

I first discovered Beauty Bar IVC from my esthetician Jaidean! I am an aspiring cosmetologist and was looking for ways to further my education & beauty knowledge outside of school. Thankfully, I discovered Sam, the salon owner. I found out she offers a variety of courses! I decided to take her class on Brow Laminations and Brow Tints. She included a kit that had all of her personal favorite products, tips and tricks, how to price and more! She even taught me how to thread brows! I didn’t even know that was included! She is very sweet and took her time teaching me, even though I was a little slow lol, she did not rush! She is a great instructor and was able to go in-depth and answer all the questions I needed! Til this day, I still have open access for help or any concerns I may have. I will definitely be taking another class soon!

My sister (16) and niece (7) came here to get piercings for their birthdays. Called after reading reviews. Daughter wanted a belly piercing. Eduardo was very welcoming, professional and friendly. He cleaned and marked the area. He made sure she liked the spot. He pierced it so fast he was done before she knew it, and she said she didn't feel anything. Would recommend for the all around atmosphere and energy. I just got two portraits at "ADDICTIVE NATURE TATTOO SHOP"of my 5 year old Daniel and my 2 year old Santino.The artist seemed comfortable in his profession and well experienced.In addition the artist took his job seriously and seemed very focused while working on his canvas wich I noticed and appreciated.In any uncertainty I had or questions the Artist was quick with resolution.
All employees were friendly,professional,and showed respect.I didn't feel hustled and there was no Weirdo Vibes..

I’m really thankful for Mike’s help. I accidentally locked my keys in the car while it was still running as I was unloading with my kids. I had first called another place that tried charging me almost double, but Mike gave me a very fair price. He answered right away, was polite and professional, and got to me within about 10 minutes. He quickly unlocked the car and made a stressful situation so much easier. I would definitely call him again if I ever need a locksmith and recommend him to others.

Great experience from start to finish. Called for a quote and Francisco explained the whole process and was able to get me on the schedule the following week. Him and Kimberly arrived right at the time stated and got to work. Our carpets had some varying levels of dirt, pet hair, and/or stains. Each room was left looking brand new within an hour and a half of them arriving. Great customer service and great pricing as well. Would recommend 10 times out of 10.
I've been hiring Aladino for over 5 years now and call him up 3-4 times a year to clean my carpets. I have 4 dogs and a toddler so as you know we get so many pet accidents and spills. Aladino comes in and cleans our carpets to perfection EVERYTIME! He's very professional and always on time. Honest, our carpet would be wreaked and destroyed if it wasn't for him. After searching for months to find a builder for my custom home, I was fortunate enough to find Cornerstone. They built to my plans, it one of their own, and led me through the entire process from permits and plans to finishes and warranty a year later. My home is exactly as I asked them to build it. Their team is responsive and takes pride in correcting issues or addressing your concerns. After a year in my house, I had a few minor warranty items that come along with a new construction home, and these were all handled in a professional and timely manner. You will not find better customer service than Cornerstone. This is the biggest difference I found when searching for a contractor. my DIY patio is 20 yrs old. the job was to convert a lattice to solid cover patio. Difficult project! Framing team excellent. Returned twice to change things I wanted. electrician returned once to make changes I wanted. Painters repainted using many extra gallons of stain. All adjustments were made at no extra charge, very patient and professional. I couldn't have made a better choice for a contractor!. Let me tell you how grateful I feel for this business and the extraordinary team that Sal has built. Last week my little fossil of a dog was scratching and I thought he was having an allergic reaction. Nope he had fleas, even though he's on flea meds.
I was out of town and the gardener and I hadn't been able to coordinate getting the back lawn maintained. Long story short a stray cat got in, brought fleas, they hitched a ride on the dog and invaded my lawn.
Unfortunately I didn't notice until I went in the yard and I saw a flea landed on me. Just thinking about it is making me itchy right now!
I asked a few friends and they recommended this company. I called and spoke to Valerie, she was able to squeeze me in the next day. She was so compassionate and quickly found a solution for me and made me feel like there was hope and a solution.
What I really valued is that they attack the problem from start to finish. They recommended different flea products for the dog to stop and prevent the fleas, treating the home and the yard.
Sal sent me a reasonable time window that worked with my schedule. The technician Chris notified me when he was on the way. He was very courteous, quick and did an excellent job. There was no strong chemical odors, residues or stains left after. My dog and I were absolutely safe.

Just had these guys out today to do my 5 acres. Incredible work...I am ecstatic. I had irrigation put in last year and my property got overtaken with huge sage bushes and weeds galore. They were able to haul away everything and grade all the acreage (including the gravel driveway and spread it back out) in 6 hours. I'm SO incredibly happy with the work done and efficiency. Brian came out to give the quote and did the hauling away. Dan is a rock star on the tractor...extremely impressive! Upon meeting each of them, you know you are meeting good people. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for tractor services!!
I would first like to thank Jeff and owner Tj for making my front yard vision come to life. Jeff from the moment I met him was very knowledgeable and thorough with everything. I appreciated the communication Jeff kept during the whole process. We had some hiccups during the installation, but Tj is a man of his word and insured everything will be the way I wanted. Very happy with Bill and his crew! Bill is great to work with. His bid was much better than other bids which I had gotten, he was willing to work with the neighboring property as my large tree was on the fence line, and they did the job quickly including nice clean up of the site. I was experiencing severe tooth pain. Went to Johnson Dental who got me in, in a timely manner. Ended up needing a root canal. DR. Kent was amazing. I didn't feel a thing during the process. The Doctor and office staff were extremely courteous and professional! I highly recommend them!
I recommend this place if you need dental work done. They are friendly and gentle with reasonable prices. I had a root canal done and did not feel a thing, no pain so O didn't think he had done it yet and asked him and he said it was done and they were just had to put on the temporary crown. A half hour later I was on my way home with no pain. Went back 2 weeks later to get the permanent crown and 45 minutes later I was on my way home again and still no pain.

I went back to Johnson Dentistry to have a second Root Canal done on another tooth that I was having a problem with discomfort. I had discussed this with Dr. Kent went I first went for original discomfort. He told me at that time that I could have both done at the same time or return at a later time to do the other. I chose to return after my tongue was used to the new crown. The second root canal was a carbon copy of the first when he did it. No pain even when he numbed my brain, no I mean mouth, lol. I have never had a dentist that I could recommend to anyone before and Dr Kent exceeded my expectations. He is gentle, caring, and never appeared to be in a rush to get to the next patient. I am 74 years old and still have all of my original teeth with some having crowns and some others having old amalgam fillings.

I even saw people and things in my peripheral vision that weren't there. I felt unbalanced. Dr. Steve gave me my life back. All of this has gone since I started seeing him. I am rejoicing.
Ive been going to Dr. Sonny for around 25 years, and he's been AMAZING. He's been a godsend for both my husband and myself. I've also referred friends to him, and they had great results as well. He truly cares about people, and is dedicated to help them get out of pain. I just can't say enough good things about him.
Dr Juarez and his staff are awesome!I have been coming to this practice for years for preventative treatment, and it’s been successful. Recently a more serious injury had me worried sick to my stomach, but Dr Joe took x rays himself and brought me into his office and examined them with me, he then sent it to a radiologist to evaluate, he had his very talented and skilled therapist Miranda perform some therapeutic treatments on the areas. I was then called to follow up on the results and my next appointment was booked. Do I need to say more? You guys rock. They take your chief complaint serious and that means a lot to injured patients.Thank you guys, if I could leave a 10 star I would.

We have been coming back after a fall, dedicated kind care. We are healing and very satisfied.
They took very good care of my dog Pope after a previous Veterinarian did a poor job of not stitching up my dogs open wound. This place took extra special care of my dog and made sure I understand home care and follow up visits. It's extremely clean. The staff is friendly and caring. I highly recommend it here.
Overall the experience was fine, the goal was to get my dog spayed, she's spayed and doesn't seem to have developed any complications. They were able to get me on the calendar when other vets in the area are booked months in advance. Definitely be prepared to wait. Drop off was at 8:30, signed her in and asked if I needed to fill out any paperwork, I was told they would be right with me.I waited for about 20 min before being given the forms to fill out. And then another 10 before they took her to the back. So I ended up being late for work. Which I understand they're busy, just a heads up to plan accordingly and be prepared to wait.
My dog was in heat so of course there is an extra charge for that.
$350 spay + $145 additional. ?
They did the surgery quickly and also found a couple foxtails one in each ear so the vet removed them. An additional $38 charge. Which I'm glad she removed them, but I thought the additional charge was a little steep.
Also had her microchipped.
Post surgery care is lacking. I haven't received any calls from the office to inquire how she's doing. The post surgery instructions say to call 5 days after the procedure. Which was a Monday and they're closed. I left a voicemail that I was calling per instructions and my call back number and haven't heard back.
I'm used to getting a call the next day to make sure they've gone to bathroom and started eating and drinking again. And the usual questions. Is the incision looking okay? Not opening or having any drainage. But I guess they figure if you don't call them then everything is fine.
My fur babies are difficult they hate going to the Vet but Michelle takes the time to comfort them and makes the visits easy for them

We started taking Koko to this grooming salon about a year ago. We love taking her there! The staff is always so welcoming and caring with our furry baby. We are from LA and come up here to get her groomed because they're the best and do such a great job with all the animals they receive! For sure recommend them for you furry friends next "spaw" day!

Be patient with this process with this driving school. The owner passed, there is a guy Ty taking over the training. Rick was always very reliable so when he was not answering phones, or at his place of Buisness, as well as an old message on the answering machine, I felt something was wrong. Bummer for sure!
