Gabriel showed up on time and ready to complete the project. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything well enough for me to understand. He cleaned up all areas he worked in and left ZERO mess. I would recommend Gabriel and Thompson Family Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing service.
This was my first time using Thompson Family Plumbing, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Our tech, Gabriel Figueroa, was patient, professional and kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly to my 86-year old mother. It is comforting to know we can trust them to take care of our senior parents while also providing fair and honest pricing. Gabriel made my mother feel comfortable and respected, and we really appreciated the way he treated her. Highly recommend.
Needed a pressure regulator valve replacement. Jarod was very polite and professional. He explained all of our options thoroughly and without any pressure and was prepared to complete the repair same day. Would definitely recommend.
