Francisco was prompt with his communication and explain the process thoroughly. We had pet urine stains that I couldn't get out. Apparently we had many more that we couldn't see, but was clear when he used his light. They did an amazing and thorough job . The house smells amazing as well. I strongly recommend this company. Give them a call.

I had family coming from back east in 24 hours when my dog peed on my carpet. I tried to clean the urine myself but the odor was very noticeable. I reached out to high desert dry carpet cleaning. They moved some things around and worked my in to their schedule. Excellent job, they are pros. Thank you so much. Very satisfied customer.
