Never knew that ulta had brow services. If you need any brow services Rosa is your girl. She was very professional. Knowledgeable. Not only about brow tips but skin care. She was very attentive on how my skin was looking while waxing cause I have sensitive skin. I usually break out when I go to nail salons to wax. But didn't get any of that here. Happy customer. Thank u Rosa .
