Tommy did a great job draining the water heater. The water heater was making a rumbling sound. After it was flushed and drained the water heater is work as it should! Tommy also educated me on getting a water filtration system for my home. For the price and what it will do for all the water that comes into the home, it is a no brainer. Thank again Tommy!
Our house began to have a leak on Sunday. I called HardLuck Plumbing on Monday, Tommy came to my home and searched high and low finding a slab leak. Tommy explained all the different options. Being that the house was old and knowing the plumbing would eventually need to be replaced. My wife and I decided to have our home plumbing redone. I called Tommy Monday evening, Tuesday he pulled permits. Wednesday he sent a large crew at 9:00 by 3:00, our whole house had running water. He had great prices, compared to the bigger companies up here, he showed concern for quickly getting our home with running water. Friendly and professional. Explained everything upfront. He wasn’t there just for money he seemed to really care. I will definitely refer him to any family and friends who are needing plumbing help.
