My hot water heater cracked last weekend and Jose came that Sunday to see if he could fix it. It was obvious I'd need a new one. But my house is due for demolition in a few months, so Jose bought a used water heater that should last 6-12 months, which saved me a lot of $$$s. Installation was very reasonable, and he didn't charge extra for it being on a Sunday!All the plumbers from this company discuss and explain everything to me. Although the issue at hand was a bit out of norm, the team found a resolution that was best for the problem we had and we are grateful. “This review is long overdue....we had toilet issues in February. Our usual plumbers (Bestline Plumbing) had failed us one too many times so we gave Right Flow Plumbing a chance. I was shocked when told they'd be over within the hour. Joseph assessed and fixed the problem AND, fixed our kitchen sink that Bestline Plumbing messed up in the first place.
